do you ship worldwide?

yes but we are based in Australia so shipping in Australia is FREE. 

international shipping is $25AUD

 

where do you ship from?

we ship from our store front in Croydon, VIC 3136 AUS and direct from manufacturers in Hong Kong

can I change or cancel my order?

we have a fast 12hr ordering processing speed so the cancel window is 12hrs for full refund before order is shipped. you can initiate a refund after you recieve and send back the product if you miss this window

 

what payment methods do you accept?

we accept debit and credit cards (VISA, mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal in ohr payment portal

 

when will my order be processed?

orders are processed within 12hrs and shipped in 24-48hrs typically, depending on when the courier picks up the parcel. products may come internationally so delivery typically takes 5-12 days

 

how long will it take to recieve my order?

orders may take between 5-12 days, but depending on international shipping orders may take up to 21 days

what if I don’t recieve my order?

if you don’t recieve your order within 30 days of payment you may recieve a full refund

 

will I be charged for customs or taxes?

we do not charge for customs or taxes. your local courier may charge you for customs or taxes depending on your location, but this is separate to our service

 

how do I return an item?

contact us first before making any returns on ausledstriplights@gmail.com to ensure your order is eligible for return under the 30 day guarantee or return policy. then we will arrange for return, and refund once the order has reached our warehouse in satisfactory condition. please allow for 7-10 business days for your refund to return to your bank account

 

what if my product is faulty or damaged?

all products are protected under 1 year warranty for product defects. change of mind returns are eligible for 30 days only. warranty does NOT cover customer liability, damage, theft, loss, droppage, or any attempted modification of the product. warranty covers ONLY malfunction on behalf of the manufacturer and/or merchant
